November 23rd at 5.12pm the BBC launched its brand new SciFi series Doctor Who, originally created as an educational program the premise soon changed and people wanted to see who the Doctor was going to go up against next week.... 49 years later and fans all over the world are still wanting to know the same thing.And a special something... the original billing from 1963
